You are not for everyone

IF on this earth with 7 billion others , you still feel alone

Just remember that all the stars you see always carry u along

Earth is not the place where u belong

You were born deep inside the universe billions of years ago

Here it is just a phase , so let it come and go

Here on this earth don't expect anything from anyone

thats why I gave you all the 9 planets , the moons and the sun

So always remember u r not for everyone.

Sense

Everything makes sense to a disturbed mind Overthinking is the tendency to get stuck dwelling on your thoughts for too long, to the point of being unable to move forward or take action. Overthinking may manifest itself as a loop of worry, self-doubt, and getting frozen in the head. Overthinkers spend a lot of time reliving the past or envisioning the worst, causing them to become even more anxious, stressed, and possibly depressed. Overthinking has the power to erode all facets of life—relationships, work performance, etc.—by draining the mind and blurring the mind. To overcome the habit, it takes mindfulness, cognitive behavior, and establishing the habit of taking action rather than just dwelling. Establishing observation of the thoughts is the initial step toward improving beyond the habit and achieving greater mental stability.

New explanation of TIME

you are always living in past and future, with each second you are travelling in future, from past to future. theoritically there is no present because time never stops. being present can be a state of mind but it cannot be a state of time.
